Purchase Ledger Clerk required to start immediately for a leading business in West Malling, this fast paced role will have responsibility for the purchase ledger from coding processing purchase invoices to reconciling supplier statements and preparing the payment run.

The key duties will include;

  • High volume purchase invoice processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Preparing the payment run
  • Problem solving
  • Dealing with queries
  • Answering the phone
  • Assisting with adhoc duties

It’s a busy team, so the successful candidate Purchase Ledger Clerk must not only have comprehensive purchase ledger experience, but the confidence to ‘hit the ground running’, a strong work ethic and be a team player.

The Purchase Ledger Clerk is initially offered on a temporary basis with the possibility in the future of a permanent role.

Pay rate if permanent would be £22,000 and temp rate equivalent.
