Let’s get down to the nitty gritty;

As a Trainee Consultant, you will learn the ropes from a highly experience recruiter as well as receiving further formal professional training to enable you to ultimately and confidently operate in a ‘360’ recruitment role.

The role will be responsible for selling our services to potential clients and sourcing candidates for vacancies within finance teams. This will involve lots of communication on the telephone, managing candidate requirements, sourcing candidates for vacancies, as face to face meetings.

Detailed duties include;

  • Managing the recruitment process from end to end including taking the detailed role brief, finding candidates, writing adverts, presenting CVs, co-ordinating interviews, managing job offers, candidate aftercare post placement
  • Taking detailed client vacancy briefs and sourcing candidates for vacancies that match the client requirements
  • Candidate attraction via networking, job boards, advertising
  • Face to face meetings with candidates for registration and compliance purposes
  • Developing new business through meetings, sales calls and networking
  • Researching/mapping out new markets and businesses
  • Writing copy for advertising
  • Updating CRM system
  • Adhoc administration and project work
  • Attending relevant industry events
