Leading Motorsport organisation near Sevenoaks are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy team.  It’s a fantastic setting, and a very prestigious organisation.  An interesting and varied role awaits, which would be primarily responsible for the Purchase Ledger function, processing a high volume of invoices for 5 companies within the group.

Detailed responsibilities;

  • Distributing invoices and cheques for sign off
  • Obtain supplier invoice authorisation
  • Posting supplier invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Raising payments
  • Problem solving queries
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Supporting Sales Ledger and Credit Controller

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate comprehensive experience in high volume Purchase Ledger role.  Experience to be able to cover Sales Ledger and Credit Control would be advantageous.  They will also need to be a team player with good communication skills.
