As an independently owned business, we are able to give greater flexibility as to the service offering as well as ensuring our rates are competitive.

We are a true Consultancy and are perfectly adaptable as to how we can support you.  It may be some additional headhunting for a sensitive role, a full advertising campaign, an urgent requirement to get on top of that pile of invoices.  We can help with salary benchmarking and if you are really up against it, you can outsource the interviewing to us as well.  

Our rules of engagement;

  • We listen carefully to what is required to ensure we give you what you ask for
  • We wont waste your time, and will only send you the most relevant CVs that meet the brief
  • We do not work to KPIs which means we will not spam you with CVs and will not pester you with an inappropriate number of sales calls
  • If you are looking for the proverbial ‘moon on a stick’ then we will manage your expectations and work with you to find a resolution
